Production Specialist
Company Summary:

*Position Summary: *
The Production Specialist will report to the Manager of WMP Production. This individual will provide program production support for internal and external customers.
*Key Duties: *
- Actively participates in the development, implementation, and execution of internal processes and procedures to enhance and improve the phiSAT delivery model.
- Assists in standardizing company WMP deliverables and helps facilitate appropriate resources necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Assists in managing regional team expectations regarding phiSAT processes, deliverables, timelines, status and issues.
- Establishes, manages, and maintains project plans with external and internal partners.
- Provide status reports to the Manager of WMP Production for communication to Phigenics management.
- As assigned, manages task prioritization of part-time documentation specialist resources.
- Takes on additional project responsibilities or duties, as needed based upon the development of the phiSAT Team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and directed. "Can do" attitude
- Strong desire to learn new concepts
- Demonstrate commitment to high ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Understand and use MS Office, Gmail and various Google applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of job experience
- Water-related experience in engineering or the sciences
- Understand building water systems, boiler systems, cooling towers/chiller systems, energy efficiency, utility engineering, and how to calculate ROIs
- Experienced technical communication
- Experience in LucidChart or other diagramming software
- Experience in agile project management software (Jira)
*Work Environment / Travel: *
This is a hybrid remote/office-based position. Occasional travel may be necessary for department meetings.
