As one of our production staff, you’ll handle the manufacturing and assembly of air supported fabric structures – also known as domes – in our factory.

Day to day, you will handle all tasks related to dome production including, but not limited to, fabric cutting, operating Radio Frequency welding equipment, heat sealing, folding and rolling dome sections, managing inventory, and preparing dome shipments.

AS ONE OF OUR PRODUCTION STAFF, YOU WILL:

• Get Physical. Our domes are big, and our production staff does it all! We’re looking for people who are comfortable safely working with welding equipment, heat sealers, and moving large sections of dome building materials. You will be asked to lift/pull up to 75 lbs. repeatedly over the course of a shift. Dome production and manufacturing can be taxing. Mental and physical toughness will be one of your best assets in this position.

• Handle Your Work Safely and Responsibly. We don’t want to have to worry about the safety of our production staff or the quality of our domes. All of our employees are expected to work with and adhere to clean, safe work area procedures in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. You’ll be asked to read and follow work instructions as assigned or communicated, and to complete timely service reports on activities. We look for responsible employees we can trust to work independently – we know you don’t want to be micromanaged, and we definitely don’t want to.

• Get you up to speed. We don’t expect you to be an expert on all things domes or Yeadon the second you walk in the door. In fact, no experience is necessary for this position. We know you won’t know what we expect until we communicate it to you. We will make sure that you are equipped with the training, tools, and resources to excel in your role.

We want our team to reach their highest potential, and know that not everyone has had the opportunities, so we provide necessary training (on us!) for all employees. Training for production staff will include a forklift certification. All of our employees have the opportunity to participate in an advancement program with multiple wage increases available in the first 90 days. Additional bonuses (including a referral bonus) will be available, as well! You’ll start with 6 days of PTO, and after one year of employment, that will increase to 10 days.

• Attention to detail – even the smallest mistake in measurement can cause a major issue in dome installation, so we need to know that our production staff is accurate and understand basic mathematics!

• Willingness to engage in training (including forklift training certification)

• Flexibility to work overtime
