CPF, Inc is a privately held leading cooperative manufacturer and bottler of quality beverages sold under the Pepsi-Cola brand, and other well-known private labels.

Producing 40 million cases per year, you know and love our products, although you may not be familiar with our name! Headquartered in Ayer, MA, we have 200+ associates in 2 manufacturing sites and we are growing and adding more manufacturing capabilities.

We are currently searching for a Production Supervisor to join our team at CPF at our Ayer location.

Your seat at the beverage bar:

• Provides front line supervision for production employees
• Applies knowledge of processes, equipment and system capability to set challenging individual and facility standards within the plant
• Achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
• Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
• Oversees and assures facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
• Builds people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
• Ensures employee compliance with all Health, Safety, FDA and GMP regulations
• Shows demonstrated computer skills: Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment
• Participates in hiring and disciplinary processes, performs employee performance reviews and training sessions.
• Verifies all food safety and quality checks performed during the shift.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the beverage bar:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high speed manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
• Strong computer skills

• Technical writing skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Experience in consumer-packaged products or related industry helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
