TriLite Stone, Inc. a leader in the manufacturing of cultured or man-made stone veneer, is adding to staff due to growth. We are adding a Manufacturing Supervisor position to our production site in Howard Lake, MN. This new position will have the ability to make a difference right from the start. This position will be involved with the entire production, packaging, shipping, receiving process. We are seeking a someone with strong leadership abilities to come and advance our production process. We offer a competitive compensation package and a friendly, comfortable work environment.

Production:

· Learn the existing production processes and then develop or improvement upon the production process output and/or quality.

· Work with the Production Manager & GM in setting daily and weekly production goals to meet company objectives.

· Establish a training program for production employees which provide specific training in all tasks, skill/knowledge, testing and cross training.

· Assist in conducting semi-annual and annual performance reviews of production staff, but also interim/probation reviews as well, and recommending compensation adjustments, promotions, and creation of new positions/responsibilities.

· Implement, participate and monitoring a safety program.

· May work production positions, when needed.

· Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards with the facility.

· Assists in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

Shipping/Receiving/Packaging:

· Oversee and coordinate shipping and delivery activities.

· Liaison and contact person with trucking companies (in cooperation with office administer) to assure timely management of logistics and distribution.

· May be hands-on, when needed, in packaging, loading of trucks and other needs in the shipping/Receiving/Packaging area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
