Proactive and organized* LIVE-IN Housekeeper/Mother’s Helper* NEEDED for first time parents in West Hollywood with a 1 month old infant boy! The general schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexible hours) Rate is $35-$40/hr gross (on payroll) + 40 hrs/week guaranteed. Housekeeping duties will include changing bed linens/making beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, family laundry, dishes, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, deep cleaning bathrooms, etc. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom in their 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, 1200 square ft apartment.
General childcare duties include tending to the baby, on occasion, when mom needs an extra set of hands and/or needs to run out to run a couple of errands (i.e. changing diapers, bathing, dressing, feeding, engaging in play, and putting him down for naps). The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to anticipate the family’s needs without being asked, possesses a strong sense of follow through, and is confident in her abilities, yet also a good listener who takes direction well. They would be over the moon if this person* also spoke Hebrew/Israeli* for clear communication and shared similar cultural values.
