Purpose of the position: Provide for the health, safety and well-being of individuals with disabilities in the home(s) for which you are responsible; support their interests and choices so that they may live fulfilling lives' supervise staff and direct their facilitation of the healthcare, safety, interests and choices of the people with disabilities for whom you are responsible.

Essential functions: Program Coordinator will oversee and ensure the health and safety of all individuals served. Oversee resident medical care with all essentials. Serve as representative of all individuals served. Supervise all DSP staff in residential services. Perform direct care in residential setting. Manage household operations. PC will work effectively with Guardians and SSA and community stake holders. PC must demonstrate leadership skills. PC will work effectively with Director of operations. PC will need to adhere to scheduling policies. Accept all duties assigned by the Director of Operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,099.00 per year
