Overview:

Arcfield in Rome, NY is seeking a Program Management Analyst (PMA) to provide direct support to our Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) programs. The PMA will work closely with the staff to support the customer's strategic and tactical projects. A successful PMA will be responsible for all project deliverables, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• 
  Track, review, and deliver all CDRL’s
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports (proposals, whitepapers, etc.)
• Preparation and coordination of presentations/briefings
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work with minimal direction
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences to include Senior Management, Program Management, Contracts, Finance, HR, FSO and other key personnel.
• Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce - including developing artifacts appropriately tailored to meet the needs of the audience
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively across contractual and organizational boundaries
• Keen attention to detail; demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Tracking and logging of company equipment, GFE and other property
• Assist with processing and submittal of Visitor Requests, Form 110’s, DD254’s, etc.

• Willingness to be the “face” of the company administratively and to coordinate all official visits by customers, VIP’s, etc.
• Ability to work with outside vendors to coordinate purchases, process invoices, etc.
• Must be able to obtain and or maintain a Secret security clearance
• Experience handling sensitive personnel and contractual information
