POSITION OVERVIEW: The Program Manager is responsible for the day to day management and supervision of supported living services. This position ensures that the environment in which services are provided are healthy and safe. The Program Manager supervises direct care staff, and assists with ongoing training to ensure staff deliver high quality care. This position requires a flexible schedule with the ability to take after-hours calls.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. One (1) year experience managing personnel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Must demonstrate proficiency in using web-based applications and other technology. Must maintain a current driver's license with less than six (6) points and automobile insurance that meets Ohio minimum standards.
