The Program Specialist provides direct supports to the individuals served by the agency and is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of agency policies and procedures by qualified, knowledgeable staff. Designation assigned to Program Specialist within a specific Community-Based home(s), who demonstrates the strongest leadership skills and responsibility in working with the rest of the home's Direct Support Professionals to ensure that daily routines, assignments, etc., are carried out efficiently.

We are looking for a strong candidate who has at least 1 year of supervisory experience and also 1 year of experience in the IDD field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
• A desire to assist people with their growth and success.
• A high school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience with individuals with IDD.
• Minimum one year of supervision experience.
• An ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
• Must have one year of previous experience with individuals with IDD, residential experience preferred.
• A valid Ohio driver’s license with 4 points or less on the individuals BMV driving record
• Current Auto Insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
