Scheduling Coordinator Job Summary - Septic Install Division

Full Time Position- Day (9-6)

This is a full-time position that requires a very detail oriented individual. This position will be the backbone of our Septic Install Team and support the Project Managers, Superindents and crews.
Must have experience with scheduling (construction scheduling preferred).
Ability to work 40-50 hrs. per week Mon-Fri

What You Would Do

• Be the “glue” that keeps all the logistical aspects of our jobs running well.
• Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations
• Complete schedule daily in conjunction with Project Managers
• Stay in close communication with our customers and teams as needed for each project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know
• Keep client records and files updated so they are always ready when we need them
• Ensure our projects are complete and error-free
• Maintain a professional relationship with municipality departments
• Provide tactical support to the production department and managers
• Other duties as assigned

What We Need for this Role

• Demonstrable experience in a high-volume scheduling center, administration, and customer service. Preferably in a construction industry (not required)
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
• Have knowledge of county permitting
• Ability to see the picture while having a high attention to every detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications required, plus ability to navigate software programs.

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, and walking in an office setting. Lifting to 30 pounds may be required.

Compensation

• Based on experience
• Full Time: 40-45-hour work week; Monday- Friday
