CALTCM Project Coordinator Job Description
One Full-Time position, Temporary, Contract, Remote 75% remote - 25% Los Angeles County
The California Association for Long Term Care Medicine (CALTCM) is the medical voice of long term care in California. · Provide quality education for long term care professionals;
· Promote effective medical leadership;
· Promote ethical delivery of care; and
· Promote the rights of patients.
CALTCM is looking for a Program Coordinator to support ongoing education activities of the association.
CALTCM Project Coordinator
The CALTCM Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution and reporting of designated CALTCM projects.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of projects,
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables,
- Establish clear set of project goals,
- Sequence activities to meet project timeline/ deliverable dates,
- Produce detailed project schedule,
- Define project tasks and resource requirements,
- Manage full scale project plans,
- Assemble and coordinate project trainers/coaches/attendees,
- Develop relationships with project participants, sponsors, partners, etc.,
- Manage project budget,
- Track project deliverables,
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Executive Director and BOD,
- Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs,
- Producing project evaluations and assessment of results,
- Preparing and distributing program handouts as needed,
- Processing Continuing Education requests as needed,
- Preparing interim and final project reports as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in same or similar work required. Ability to take initiative, work independently, be organized and flexible. Ability to build successful relationships with a variety of people. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet regular deadlines. Above average computer skills needed. Excellent communication, both verbally and written, is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
