ENVISIONING YOUR ROLE WITH US:
As a full time Project Coordinator, you ARE Thompson Creek Window Company! You will be assisting homeowners through the process of a home remodel of replacing windows, doors, gutters, roofing and/or siding which will create their "Home Sweet Home."

  • Manage the customer experience as the main point of contact and lead on the customer job from start to finish.
  • Review job contracts as sold to determine level of effort required and understand materials to be ordered.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles that come in the way leading to installation day.
  • Maintain communication with Purchasing Department to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Schedules subcontractors for installation.
  • Proactively communicate with customer regularly regarding the job status and issues that may impact service delivery as well as conducting follow up calls to ensure we fulfilled the contract to the highest of standards.
  • Able to create and maintain detailed events during the lifetime of a project.
  • Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effetely manage individual book of business.

**Training is provided on product knowledge and installation procedures to best execute ordering and installation processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A NEW COLLEAGUE:
Ideally, at least 1-3 years of project coordination, customer service, sales coordination.
Organizational skills, be a team player, and open to learning.
