We are looking to place a Junior-to-Mid-level Professional to provide on-site support at Shaw AFB, SC. This effort will include providing program- and project-level Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of the Air Force Environmental Restoration Program (ERP).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary activities include maintenance and update of program documents and the Air Force administrative record.
• Coordination of environmental outreach with the surrounding community.
• Organization of environmental project documentation.
• Tracking of environmental project information.
• Schedule tracking, meeting support, recording meeting minutes.
• Contractor escort and oversight.
• Other assistance required for management of environmental cleanup projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Prior relevant professional experience can be substituted for a degree.
• Preferred prior military experience supporting administration of projects; knowledge of the Air Force environmental programs a plus.
• Successful completion of a NACI clearance for a CAC. Candidates with an adjudicated NACI or current Common Access Card are preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High degree of organization and detailed documentation.
• Experience with databases and data tracking is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and/or Adobe).
• Motivated self-starters.
• Work independently in a remote environment and report to the installation at a minimum of one time per week, up to full time.
