TAR Analyst- ONSITE
Geismar, LA
- Start: October 2022
- Schedule: Pre TAR: 4x10s, During TAR: 6x10, Post TAR: 4x10
- Length of Contract: 6 month contract
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
- Experience: 5 years of TAR analyzing experience supporting cost reports and tracking
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Contractor PO Values
- Running reports in ATOM to review work order & Global Resource coding for accuracy
- Collecting and updating staffing plans
- Daily force reporting - Planned Headcount (schedule) vs Actual Headcount (ATOM - Timekeeping System)
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Local candidates ONLY
- 5 years of TAR analyst experience supporting cost reports and tracking
- Experienced with Word, Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, charts, graphs), and ERP systems
- Ability to work well with a team - timekeepers and lead project accountant
