Job description
Full-time Project Manager who has experience with Public Bids/Contracts that include Wastewater Treatment/Sewerage projects in New Jersey to join a well-established Mechanical Service and Welding Fabrication company in Howell, New Jersey.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Should be familiar with WWTP and Sewerage Authority projects public bids in the New Jersey area
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Manage jobs from start to finish
· Manage project costs and budgets
· Prepare schedules and schedule of values
· Solicit and maintain communication with sub-contracts and vendors
· Proficient in blue print reading
· Perform other office duties as required
· Attend pre-bid site visits
The following tasks are a valuable asset:
· Prepare sub-contractor bid packages and Request for Proposals (RFPs)
· Proficient in estimating software and strong Excel experience
· Ability to perform accurate takeoffs, estimates and review bid packages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
