We have multiple offices in New England and down the eastern seaboard.
Job Description:
Minuteman is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual, to track jobs and manage timelines post-sale to completion. Candidate will be responsible for audit of materials, tracking labor, meeting or exceeding customer’s expectations (as defined in scope from sales) and stay in communication with the customer and our installation team to meet milestones and deadlines on time and budget. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and Senior PM. It will require a mix of office, and on-site collaboration, with use of a company vehicle.
Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Attentiveness to detail
- Proficient in common PC programs (microsoft/adobe/outlook/etc.)
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans & specifications
- Clean driving record
- Pass a background check
