What We Are Currently Looking For:
PROJECT MANAGER - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
- Assisting with the evaluation of capital improvement and rehab projects for multifamily properties
- Advising on design, construction feasibility and cost of project
- Coordinating with third-party contractors in the preparation of construction cost estimates and providing project oversight during construction phase of project
- Providing weekly project updates to VP of Capital Improvements
- Assisting with inspections and punchwalks to ensure work is completed to company standards
- Ensuring that contractor provides complete project closeout documentation
- Maintaining all construction documents files for assigned project
Candidates who apply should have:
- 5+ years of related experience managing multifamily construction/rehab projects
- Must be experienced with contract negotiations and contract management
- Must have experience overseeing and communicating with contractors throughout the duration of the project
- Strong budgeting skills are essential
- Experienced with MS Office applications including Excel
- Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills
- Requires extensive travel (80%)

Pay Range: $80,839 - $95,000
This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note that this pay range does not include any additional compensation such as commissions or bonuses that this position may be eligible for.
