About Rullex: Rullex provides cell equipment installation services and project management for mobile operators. Rullex's clients include T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T and others.

About the Position: Rullex is seeking a Project (Production) Manager who will ensure coordinated operations of the Production Division to achieve efficiency and high-quality work results. The most challenging part of the job is to be able to manage and organize work of others well. You also need to think fast and make quick decisions in some urgent situations. Organization and management skills are crucial for this position. Your technical knowledge of the telecommunication and cell site construction is crucial for this job, that is why we require at least 2 years of experience in this field.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Project Coordinators (that handle different crews). Ongoingly look through all our team's workflows & processes to see what can be systematized or automated. Essentially find solutions that will save everyone time and make them more productive.

• Keep attention to Increase profit by lowering any cost possible without lowering the quality of services!

• Expand and improve operations of the Production Division to increase the number of quality services.

• Manage and supervise effective work of all the part of site construction:

• production budget, site-package documentation, site walk, planning and scheduling, supply section, maintenance, safety, installation, closeout, financial true-up, technical support.

Requirements:

• English Speaking

• 2+ years of experience in cell site and telecommunication construction management.

• People Management and Leadership Skills

• Project Management Skills and Managing Multiple Project at the Same Time

• Organizational and Planning Skills

• Problem-solving skills.

• Ability To Work With Technical Terms

• Strong character and ability to work under pressure

You will have advantage if you have:

• Experience in cell sites, and/or the construction industry. The Project Coordinator needs to have experience making schedules and controlling field resources.

• Russian Speaking
