Job Summary

To provide and maintain a high level of customer service while coordinating day-to-day workflow. Working in teams with experienced sales representatives and account managers, client services representatives, project managers act as the internal focal point for successful planning project management and communications.

Responsible for timely and accurate internal and external coordination of assigned client projects.

Qualifications & Experience

· Motivated, self-starter and quick learner

· Highly organized and detail-oriented with clear follow-through

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Computer literacy and strong proficiency with MS Office applications

· Ability to move between functions and reprioritize while working in a fast-paced environment

· Learning and understanding of our multiple business offerings, including graphic and production design, printing (digital and offset), database programming & mapping, mail processing/United States Postal Service knowledge, warehousing & distribution

· Positive, can-do attitude to provide outstanding service to clients—both external and internal

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Daily interface with client(s) via email, phone, video conference and/or onsite, regarding customer service issues

· Act as liaison between customer/account manager/sales representative and customer/distribution and/or production.

· Potentially lead CSR team to ensure efficient workflow

· Inventory management includes reporting, release orders to client or production as needed, and providing accurate setup information

· Postage management

· Assist sales representatives in preparation of any special reporting

· Perform special projects as needed for customer/account management

· Research any discrepancies or issues

· Carrier tracking per client request

· Maintain customer files including order histories, client fact forms, and internal client processes (GOPs). Keep pending files current

· Can spec complicated new jobs/programs

· Communicate with vendor partners in obtaining pricing information, and submit purchase orders

· Process orders through Kaye-Smith systems including Q.C. of all tickets, invoices, prepare claim notices if needed, etc.

· Ability to assist and administrate the training of new team members

· Prepare billing instructions (including billing worksheets) in a timely manner for accounting hand-off

· Provide input in developing new company processes

· Follow all the above duties within Kaye-Smith Sales Operating Polices & Procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
