This Project Manager position is given responsibility for coordinating and walking client's through implementation of projects. It is important to have strong Excel, Word, planning, organizing, and communication skills. This position works in office preparing, scheduling and making sure all is lined up for our teams success and goes on site periodically to make sure client communication and projects are flowing.
The candidate will be in a position with opportunity to learn and develop extensive skills. You will have the support of our in house Business Development and Engineering Departments as a resource to team with you on making the client's experience as seamless as possible.
Primary Job Role:
- At project start, review each purchase agreement for in-depth knowledge and plan.
- Establish a timeline with our ordering and engineering department.
- Communicate personalized expectations with the client and keep communication flowing throughout the process, including follow up after for satisfaction and feedback.
- Weekly report inter-company on the status of each project.
- Identify and reach out for help quickly if a dilemma occurs.
- Build respect inter-company by showing team value and check with each team member on project daily progress.
- Must be extremely patient and have great communication skills, giving the highest level of customer service, follow up and regard for the client's working environment.
- Administrative assistance and inter-company projects and tasks as needed.

- Organized and Motivated - Professional attitude and appearance. Be self-driven to keep priorities organized and meet customer expectations in a fast-paced, high tech environment.
- Strategic Thinking - Develops strategies to achieve customer goals with strong communication and implementation skills.
- Team Player - Positive attitude with strong business, ethical, analytic, inter-personal, and communication skills.
- Extensive Microsoft Office experience and organization in Excel, Word and Outlook is a must. Microsoft Project, Dynamics CRM and SharePoint skills are a big plus.
- Must have excellent writing and verbal business communication skills.
- Must pass a national background check.
This is not a technical job, but a planner/organizer/coordinator/leader to pull the team toward the goal in a timely manner, building mutual respect, all while keeping friendly and professional communication with our clients. So, this job is a highly organized, people person position.
