We are looking to add an experienced Senior Superintendent to our team with a strong Multi-Family Wood Frame background. We build projects all around the Bay Area & our projects range in value all the way up to $150M with this project located in the Treasure Island area of San Francisco.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage job site safety, quality, and schedule for assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Mentor and develop field team members while effectively managing the overall team
- Work with Project Manager & other team members in the field
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with all members on the jobsite
- Responsible for the project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule
- Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies
- Perform daily job site walks and submit daily safety audit reports
What You Need for this Position
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience
- Wood Frame & Concrete Superstructure experience required
- Multi-Family experience required
- Procore, Primavera P6 experience
- Ability to walk the jobsite
