We are looking for a competent Marketing and Leasing Director to be in charge of the organization’s marketing ventures for our Student Property in Austin, TX. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the property's market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference in student living.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for marketing and leasing. The right candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in our current residents and our future ones through our capable and excited leasing team. The ultimate goal is to ensure creative targeted campaigns and events are executed effectively. The Marketing and Leasing Director also assists with training and development of the leasing team, as well as, compiling and maintaining resident and prospect information.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the property and its contribution to the student housing market in Waco, TX.
• Supervise the leasing department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing and leasing professionals.
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
• Plan and execute campaigns for leasing to new residents and renewing current residents.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the property's publications.
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
• Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
