PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Property Management Specialist will assist in the overall management and operations of an affordable Multi-Family housing community. Assists the Property Management Services Director and the Chief Housing Enrichment Officer in formulating program policies. Performs all necessary certification and recertification of the residents in accordance with the established regulations, guidelines, and in conformity with the agency’s policies and procedures. Collects rent, makes records of collections on tenant ledgers and cash journals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to establish and maintain effective, courteous, and positive working relationships with supervisors, peers, residents, and the public. Experience in rental property/asset management, social services or related field.
High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of one year of property management and office experience, or two years post-high school education in a related field and one-year property management experience. Background in affordable property management, leasing and rental software, or related education or training is a plus.
DETAILS: This is a part time position working up to 24 hours per week at 1819 Gaines Drive Clinton, MO
Wages: $16- $20/hour; Starting date: Immediately; Application deadline: Until position filled; Grade 4.
