• Shift Available: Monday - Thursday 8am-12pm
• Pay: $18 to $20.50
• Must be fully-vaccinated for this opportunity!

The Housing Monitor acts as the primary contact for residents in housing facilities for behavioral health patients in Koreatown LA. Within this postion you would build and maintain professional relationships with residents; ensuring residents compliance with house rules and safety throughout their stay.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs resident supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Greets/registers new intakes and visitors
• Demonstrates the ability to interact appropriately with residents at all times
• Addresses issues and enforces behavioral expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agencies/Service Providers
• Assist participants with information and available resources
• Gather documentation to ensure participants qualify for resources
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Good verbal and written skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Skills in time management and crisis intervention
• Other duties as assigned
