Bilingual Eligibility Customer Service support colleague needed for administrative tasks within the Eligibility team.
- Hybrid/Remote (minimal onsite hours monthly, will need to come onsite for supplies and Hospital paperwork and supply coverage/support if needed for extended co-worker vacation)
- Preferred Monmouth County NJ
- 24 hours Flexible hours/days
- Knowledge of EPIC healthcare systems preferred
- Colleague will work within the Customer Service Call Center and Eligibility team/Management for Centrastate Hospital
- Will work on Insurance reports and insurance updates between the client and hospital
- Contact the Patient by phone for balances due, payment, and/or Financial Assistance.
- Obtain credit card transaction reports and configure for client.
- Incoming mail and return mail for address verification, patient contact and/or closure
- Review accounts for bad debt process
- Keep state of client project up to date in regard to follow up and flags
- Work with management and call center regarding patient disputes
- Mail Financial Assistance applications to patients who request assistance
- Track and review payment plans for accuracy and late or broken plans.
- Review letter suspensions and reopened accounts.
- Coverage/Support for onsite colleagues during vacation
