Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Purchasing Analyst in the Wayne, PA areas

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Busy environment supporting purchasing needs of 900+ hospitals throughout the US

2. Daily interaction with company and hospital departments that we service along with vendors

3. Compliance support for the use of approved/contracted vendors

4. Use of multiple ordering systems (software)

5. Heavy use of email and phone contact- no texting

6. Create new and navigate through existing spreadsheets

7. Willingness to learn about products that are used in hospitals for cleaning the facilities (chemicals, equipment and supplies)

8. Ability to multitask with high attention to detail

9. Good communication skills and command of the English Language a must

10. Team oriented position- working closely with Purchasing team as well as independently

11. Position is for temp to hire (full time)

a. Training will be in the Wayne, PA office for up to 8 weeks. After training period is completed will then be working remotely. (Computer equipment will be provided)

b. Required to virtually attend daily department meetings.

c. Required to go into the office approximately 2 times per month for department and vendor meetings or for further training. No travel required.

Requirements

1. Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, Word

2. Purchasing or Customer Service experience preferred but not required

3. Previous experience in a corporate setting

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
