Acousti is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator out of our Tampa, Florida location.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Purchasing Coordinator handles the daily purchasing of job specific and stock items, along with accurately managing and tracking the branch inventory. They work in unison with the Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure timely ordering, receipt, and delivery of job materials to facilitate on budget and successful projects.

For this role, you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with Branch manager, project managers, and assist them as needed.
• Responsible for Job Specific Purchasing and Bulk Item Purchasing
• Responsible for the on-time and accurate ordering of materials
• Maintain business relationships with suppliers and oversee Material Sales
• Track/Control all Inventory entering and exiting the Warehouse
• Use Timberline Software daily for multiple aspects of the job and data entry
• Work to assist Accounts Payable with proper coding and applications of material invoices
• Assist in warehouse management
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in the role:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years prior experience in a similar position
• MS Office experience required
• Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do what is necessary
• Honesty, integrity and strong desire to be successful
• Team player
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Can-do, positive attitude
• Desire to be challenged and for professional growth
