Job Duties:

• Prepare daily shipping activities
• Enter transactions into ERP system
• Cycle Counting and Inventory Management
• Coordinate all materials and inventory activities
• Ensure supplier and delivery commitments are met through continuous follow up regarding order status, vendor performance, and resolve problems regarding quality and supply as required
• Manage and issue Purchase Orders for MRO, Production and Sub-Contracting
• Support shop floor receiving up to 25% of time

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain role, preferably in manufacturing environment
• 1-3 years purchasing of various steel grades and subcontract purchasing of forming, machining, painting and heat treating
• Associates or BS degree in Supply Chain, similar degree, or 2-5 years experience in Purchasing and Inventory Specialist similar role
• Proficiency with MS office tolls, and ERP/MRP computer systems
