• Lead problem resolution for customer complaints and supplier non-conformances
• Function as the site quality representative for supplier and customer audits
• Help support the company’s NQA-1 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Develop and document Lean test and inspection methods, including visual inspection samples, tools, gauges and fixtures for product inspection and continuous improvement
• Oversee change management and product/process verification and validation for the site
• Review manufacturing documentation for traceability improvement opportunities and compliance
• Assist with the development of Lean company quality control procedures, train personnel and rollout new business processes as required
• Track quality metrics (scrap etc.) as required for plant conformance
• Use a computer with windows for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook E-mail, etc.
