Schedule: We are currently hiring day, evening and overnight shifts. Differentials are available.
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
10:00pm - 6:00am
What will you do as a QMAP ?
- Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
- Assist in monitoring the medication program
- Setup and assist with self-administration of medication
- Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date
- Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents
- Encourage and assist with activity programs
Qualifications:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Colorado QMAP certification
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience a plus
