What you'll do:

Our QA personnel are responsible for understanding projects and testing our website, webapp, and mobile projects.

• Understand technically complex or marketing based websites, webapps, and mobile projects
• Assist in the creation of test cases and test plans
• Performing ad hoc Manual testing or Manual testing using predefined test plans/test cases
• Coordinating with the dev team and design team to resolve issues
• Logging issues into our Issue Tracking System and maintaining these records
• Assisting in UAT process
• This role is lightly client facing (QA and UAT)
• Ensuring that our projects are bug/issue free

Requirements:

• Experience in a QA capacity (2-3 years minimum)
• Experience in Jira or similar Issue Tracking System
• Experience in QA of websites, webapplications, or mobile apps
• Familiar with cross browser, device testing
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational skills

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree
