What You Will Be Doing as a Quality Assurance Analyst

• Develop test plans, test data, procedures and manual and/or automated test scripts based on user stories or functional requirements
• Execute test cases to verify systems are functioning according to the requirements and established guidelines
• Contribute to the creation of re-usable regression test plans for multiple systems and platforms
• Validate reported software bugs, recreate issues and perform testing for multiple or complex projects & re-tests as necessary

What you need to be successful as a Quality Assurance Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline is preferred
• 3-5 years experience in a Quality Assurance position including formal software testing
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, QA Processes, test data management, and software development life cycle such as Agile and Waterfall.
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow.
• Must have the ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot, and make decisions in the best interest of the company to minimize downtime.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions of customer requirements. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• ISTQB CTFL certification is preferred
