Overview

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist supports the Commercial Services division to coordinate, track, and manage service and training activities for the commercial crew base serving JK clients.
Works with the Operations management to implement training programs for new hire training classes and progressive training to meet corporate service standards. Collaborate with the corporate Safety Director and the Commercial Operations Manager to assess safety standards and implement standard operating procedures to ensure the achievement of the corporate goals.

Pay: $60-65,000 salary

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing crew professionalism & appearance.
  • Driving within DMV area to multiple job-sites to perform job quality checks.
  • Embrace change and be willing to take risks and create new ways for employees to work cohesively together.
  • Act as liaison on-site between crew and clients.
  • Conducts learning and information sessions to drive full understanding and education on Company policies and procedures, development, technical skills, performance management and soft skills.
  • Work with Operations manager to become cross-trained on dispatch responsibilities.
  • Fill-in as required during absences, vacations.
  • Tuesday-Saturday work schedule, sometimes requiring working later in to the evening.
  • Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps employees create, follow, and aspire to achieve short and long-term career plans within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record
  • Knowledgeable and experienced on MS Windows-based software applications.
  • Proven ability to work with other team members in pro-active and respectful manner
  • Solid customer service skills, follow up, communication (verbal and written)
  • Proven problem-solver, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Provide outstanding value, excellent communication, a willing attitude, reliability, and a professional image, an assurance of excellence, customer empathy, and exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and electronic environment.
  • Have the ability to take responsibility for results and make adjustments as needed
  • Experience in the Commercial Moving Industry preferred
