Description:

A leading diagnostics lab organization is in immediate need of a Quality Assurance Consultant for a 6-month project. The first week of the project will be on-site in Washington state, the consultant will then be expected to visit the team onsite once a month (travel expenses will be reimbursed).

The client's team is focused on scaling up Quality Management efforts and supporting the QMS through audits, reports, and suggesting changes. The QA consulting role will be focused on the development and maintenance of a QMS in compliance with IVD and CLIA standards. This will involve documenting procedures for testing, inspection, and process control among other areas.

Top Requirements:

• BS degree minimum
• 5+ years of experience within life science industries, at least two years of experience working with IVD products
• Strong expertise developing Quality Management Systems for labs and quality control programs in accordance with IVD QMS requirements
• Strong communication skills to be effective while working remotely with cross-functional teams

Other Duties:

• Conduct QS audits, document and report findings and recommend corrective actions
• Review of validation/verification of assays

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
