We have an immediate need for a quality inspector in Agawam, MA.

Responsibilities of Quality Control Inspector:

• Inspecting parts using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.
• Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced parts.
• Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and rejects and inputting data into quality database.
• Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
• Inspecting in process and final inspection.

Qualifications of Quality Control Inspector:

• Mustb have CMM experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Experience using inspection tools such as micrometers, indicators, gauges, shadowgraph, etc.
• Willing to learn and be trained.
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
• Working knowledge f gauge inspection.
• Solid understanding of AS and ISO requirements.
