Job Summary

As a QA Controller at VTS you will be in charge of the quality of the HVAC units assembled in our warehouse. This is a fast paced ware house environment. VTS is a global leader in HVAC manufacturing in the past years expanded to the US market creating VTS America with great success.

Responsibilities and Duties

Current quality control in the area indicated by Quality Supervisor according to the given instructions Supplies receipts area: supervision of supplies for the adequate protection of the supplied material and compliance with the documentation requirements.

Completing area: supervision for the conformity of the packaged items to the complement list in terms of quantity and quality, as well as control of proper protection during transportation.

Assembly area: quality control of assembling and inspection of ventilation units on the equipment intended for this purpose.

Warehousing area: checking warehouse markings to remove the misleading markings.

Hand over area: checking the assembled package and loads for proper protection against damage during transportation, and checking of the markings.

Area of supplies receipt, warehousing, completing, shipment, assembling: carrying out the “ORDER” audits and documenting the results.

Elimination of defective products from the process by means of their marking and removal, making it impossible to use them in the technological process and in the system.

Documenting the tasks performed.

Verification of returns for their validity.

Ensuring that only defective products properly marked and described are kept in the defective products stocking areas.

Ensuring the movement of the assortment deferred for the temporary rejection areas to the target areas for stocking the defective products.
