We are seeking a Consultant to work with Nursing Homes in Missouri to provide quality improvement consultation and coaching services resulting in improved patient care and safety, system and process changes, and reduction in community and health-care associated infections.
You will perform as a fully functional member of our team to achieve contract goals and objectives while developing appropriate quality improvement plans addressing perceived barriers, root causes, prioritization of needs, and the deployment of resources to achieve and exceed multiple contract requirements. This is a remote position.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work independently and be part of cross-functional teams, develop strong consultative relationships, manage multiple priorities, interpret data, and design and implement plans of action using advanced improvement tools and techniques. Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and their practical application preferred.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field or related required. Clinical license (BSN, RN, NP) or public health degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years healthcare administration, public health or quality improvement experience desirable.
Because HQI is a federal contractor, candidates must be able to document full immunization against COVID-19 before they can be eligible for an offer of employment.
