Job Description

Position Summary:

Level One: Under direct supervision level one QC Inspector performs basic mechanical inspection processes, such as dimensional checks and process verifications serving in particular areas such as receiving, stock and final inspection. The QC Inspector demonstrates the basic ability to interpret work orders, process certifications and other drawings and has a good working knowledge of Calipers, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Thread Gauges. The QC Inspector will receive an introduction to AS9102 processes. Basic shop math and blue print reading is expected.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
  • Perform basic mechanical inspections.

Required Skills:

  • The ability to read and write English.
  • Basic shop math and print reading
  • Intermediate knowledge of inspection tools & applications

Required Experience:

  • Typically, 1-2 Years

Level of Education:

  • GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.50 to $23.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 96 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
