Description
This role will primarily work the second shift (approx. 2pm-10:30pm) As an instructor, you will be responsible to design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate multi domain-based learning experiences enabling trainees to safely perform testing in hands-on labs. You’ll provide engaging learning experiences, while quickly adjusting content to meet the needs of a diverse audience. Using your knowledge and experience from performing related tests, you’ll create evaluative content, conduct examinations, and coach trainees. You’ll document evaluations, feedback, and procedures following established practices. Additionally, you’ll schedule training sessions, send various notifications to trainees and stakeholders, and verify completion of LMS-based deliverables. In all testing, training, and evaluative activities, you’ll demonstrate the importance of safety, showing trainees how to achieve set standards.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, or high school diploma with relevant work experience
Additional Requirements
- Minimum driving experience of 3 years with clean driving record
- No DUIs within last 10 years
- Ability to sit in a moving vehicle for up to 8 hours per day in close proximity with other people.
- Ability to engage in light to moderately strenuous activity: bending, sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours on a daily basis
- Available to work at variable hours including nights, weekend, and holidays at times; and periodic domestic travel depending on business needs.
