Racking & Packing Technicians
NIA, LLC (Northern Indiana Anodize) is a new aluminum anodizer in Ft. Wayne. We are seeking entry level employees in all shifts interested in starting a rewarding career in our clean, new facility! Job Descriptions:
Racking Technician (Racker):
-Load customer parts onto racks.
-Inspect parts for damage prior to loading.
-Inspect racks for damage and ensure they're taken to maintenance for repair.
Packing Technician (Packer):
-Unload customer parts from racks.
-Inspect parts for damage and quality.
-Bundle the products in crates, cardboard, etc. & prepare them for shipment.
Requirements:
-Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety standards. (Safety of employees is always #1.)
-Ability to work as part of a 2-3 person teams.
-Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Shift Hours: (Some shifts may be full, if needing a specific shift please specify!)
1st: 6:00AM - 4:30PM Monday-Thursday
2nd: 4:30PM - 2:00AM Monday-Thursday
3rd: 8:30PM - 6:00AM Monday-Thursday
Weekend AM: 6:00AM - 6:30PM Friday-Sunday
Weekend PM: 6:00PM - 6:30AM Friday-Sunday (Starts Approximately: December)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.25 per hour

- Fort Wayne, IN 46809: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
