Opportunity Specifics:

• Contract Type: Radiology Tech Traveler
• Setting: Clinic
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13-Week Contracting with extension opportunities
• Shift Availability: Days or Nights
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Available Shift Hours:12 hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• The clinic includes an onsite laboratory and diagnostic imaging capabilities : General X-Ray and Surgical Fluoroscopy (prefer lab draws)
• EMR: MEDITECH
• Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team to facilitate the department’s/unit’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
• The Radiologist Technician is under minimal supervision by the radiologist, they provide technical skills involving radiology and fluoroscopy.
• Takes digital radiographs to assist provider in the detection of foreign bodies and diagnosis of disease or injury.

Candidate Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Radiology from approved program
• Registration by the A.A.R.T. and Louisiana licensed
• Current CPR Certification
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Current COVID-19 Vaccination
