Job Description

We are looking for a Readiness Manager Level II to support a Naval client in Norfolk, VA. You will provide administrative and professional support as a Customer Technical Representative (CTR) for a Navy customer and their domain commands. You shall serve as the Fleet advocate for business and warfighting IT capabilities and provide the operational direction and impact for new, current, and retiring service requirements across the domain.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support CTR efforts with respect to ordering, monitoring, measuring, reporting, modifying and maintaining assigned assets.
  • Conduct assessments of Domain assets to ensure compliance with policy directives.
  • Support development of asset metrics, cost analysis, forecasts, refresh eligibility and compliance.
  • Support requirements planning, engineering project management and service delivery oversight for services including seats, printers and infrastructure, submission and tracking of task orders and modifications and invoice reconciliation.
  • Support integration and convergence of OCONUS and CONUS enterprise network applications, assets and software portfolios.
Required Skills

  • Maintain high level of attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Must be able to implement and manage Navy readiness programs and projects.
  • Ability to provide operations readiness management, metrics analysis and oversight functions.
  • Generate validated, authoritative data on capabilities required to execute assigned missions in support of Fleet, Joint, Interagency and Coalition Forces.
Security Clearance Requirement

  • Candidates must possess an Active DOD Secret (or equivalent) clearance.
Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business Management or related fields is preferable.
  • Experience and understanding with the Department of the Navy (DON) Customer Technical Representative (CTR) processes and associated instructions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to include presenting to clients and commands.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
