Melissa Pilon Homes, Compass of Torrance, CA is seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager who excels in organization, world class client service, systems, and is a learning based individual willing to do what it takes to excel in this position and propel this little company forward.
Typically normal business hours, but it can vary by week depending on client needs, client events, community events, and other factors, so flexible availability is preferred.

Qualifications for the Real Estate Operations Manager:
- Experience working for a Real Estate Brokerage or as an Operations Manager is highly preferred
- Ideal candidates will have real estate experience, preferably with DocuSign, real estate contracts and marketing both print and online
- Must be dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills & detail-oriented
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Not afraid to pick up the phone, call, and follow up until you get what you need
- Ability to diffuse an aggressive person while remaining polite and cordial
- Real Estate industry/transaction process (RE license NOT required)
- Understanding of MLS is a plus
- Familiar with Canva
- Familiar with CRMLS - multiple listing service
- Familiar with CAR – real estate legal forms
- Familiar with Quickbooks
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with Adobe
- Familiar with MacBook capabilities
Responsibilities for the Real Estate Operations Manager:
- Assist with social media content planning, creation/production and execution of plan
- Gather needed data and prep information to prepare listing and buyer consult packages for appointments
- Create and prepare open house kits
- Marketing campaigns
- Coordinating client closing gifts
- Coordinate and assist with client appreciation and community events
- Preparing real estate forms and documents for clients
- Provide excellent customer service and make the clients feel taken care of
- Coordinating showings and obtaining feedback
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Lockbox installation & getting keys made
- Sign rider installation
- Deliveries/Drop offs
- Managing /updating client database- CRM
- Gather all the needed data and prep information for all of the agent's appointments
- Mail out cards, letters, and packages
- Inventory of office supplies
- Maintain your own “task list” so that all your duties are in one place to be reviewed
- Transmit assignments to vendors, tracking, and verifying completion
- Complete basic updates to websites
- Maintaining and auditing Profit and Loss statement monthly
- Driving is involved, must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Performing other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
