Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a motivated and energetic professional to support our Orlando Office. The ideal candidate is a team player and self-starter, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment. This position will include the management of multiple schedules and administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Answer phones, distribute mail and organize files.
  • Monitor and stock office and kitchen supplies.
  • Schedule appointments and update calendars.
  • Facilitate the planning of office and professional activities.
  • Ability to format and edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support project managers with contracts, budgets, and workload projections.
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma – Associates Degree a plus.
  • 5 years’ experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint and Adobe/Bluebeam a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Prior experience in a professional services firm preferred. Experience in the A/E/C industry a plus.
