Summary:

The Receptionist receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate. This person also provides clerical support to other Departments, as directed.

Qualifications:

· Date entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab

Desired Experience:

· 1-2 years of healthcare experience

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

· Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
