Our Hagerstown MD office is looking for an energetic & friendly Receptionist. The primary areas of responsibility include providing first initial greetings to customers, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, general administrative duties, and ensuring supplies of office are met through vendor management.
Job Functions
Reception Duties
  • Responsible for greeting clients in for meetings and providing a high level of customer service to new/existing clients
  • Handle incoming client calls for appointments and service need through telephone and Video Conference.
  • Enthusiastically greet and announce clients
  • Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients
Maintain Reception Area / Mail Deliveries and Kitchen
  • Manage incoming and outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS mail deliveries
  • Maintain office cleanliness and client preparedness
  • Ensure all various supplies are met & ordered through Vendor Management.
Project Assistance
  • Under the direction of your manager, assist with various office projects as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
Education | Skills Requirements
  • HS Diploma / 2 year degree a preferred
  • 2 year’s office/reception experience
  • Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude
  • Professional appearance; voice and interaction with customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to prioritize work flow and projects; work in a deadline environment and be flexible
  • Detail oriented
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work as a Team Member
