FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR FOR DOG DAYCARE

Tanner's Canine Resort in Waldwick, NJ, the most sought after dog daycare, boarding & training facility in Bergen County, is hiring a part-time FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR to work the following schedule:

• Saturdays 8am - 6pm
• Any three weekdays 4-7pm (ie: M/W/F)

Dog daycare/training/boarding facility in Waldwick NJ is looking for someone to work the front desk on Saturdays (open/close) and three days during the week from 4-7pm. The right candidate must be customer service oriented, be great with people and their dogs, and have the ability to learn the company software program quickly & efficiently. Experience in a dog daycare/boarding environment is a plus but not necessary. This person must be outgoing, presentable, smart, organized, trustworthy, be great on the phone and have great references.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service oriented
• Able to greet customers with a smile and make them feel comfortable
• Love being around dogs
• Able to multi-task in fast paced office
• Must be tech savvy, and be able to type quickly.
• Must be very energetic, upbeat, & have a positive attitude
• At least 21 years old
• Some college preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation to work
• Punctual
• Neat appearance
• ** Must be available to work the desired schedule above **

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all aspect of the front office operations
• Ability to quickly learn pet software program
• Welcome customers with a smile
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
• Check dogs in/out
• Communicate efficiently with staff
• Ensure a timely opening and closing of the facility
• Make decisions on behalf of dog health and safety

Start right away & earn $14/hour. Tips split among staff.

The right candidate must be fully "covid" vaccinated. Training will start right away, and will include days in addition to above schedule. However, above schedule must be adhered to starting early October 2022.
