Position Summary: Our busy American Fork Orthopedics office is recruiting a full-time receptionist.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet patients and visitors, in person or over phone.
- Answer questions appropriately.
- Schedule appointments.
- Collect co-payments at the time of service, receive payments on accounts and reconcile daily cash reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent computer, telephone and communication skills.
- Customer service skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Dependable, a team player, friendly and professional.
- Medical office experience preferred, but not required.
Hours: Availability Monday-Friday 8:00A-5:00P
