Job description
Job Summary:
Performs the necessary functions needed for release of information; filing, storage and retrieval of records, transcription, discharge processing and record completion
Answer phones and Triage calls accordingly including looking up patient/nurse information to appropriately direct all calls.
Greeting and announcing clients and visitors.
Receiving and signing for incoming deliveries
Sort and distribute Inter-office mail.
Stuff and Mail out Agency Physician orders for signature or other mailings as necessary.
Prepare RN’s & PT charts English and Spanish for Intake Dept daily.
Reports to HR Manager/Administrative Assistant.
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
