Job description
- Answering the incoming calls and transferring them to the correct departments.
- Always being courteous and friendly to anyone calling in.
- Provide administrative/secretarial support for various departments/divisions such as assisting visitors and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
- Help schedule interviews for various departments when hiring.
- Assist in new employee copies and drug testing.
- Ordering office supplies for the entire company. Oversee the amount and cost of the supplies being purchased.
- Data entry for print shop misprints on a daily basis.
- Negotiate best rates on supplies.
- Oversees the toner for all the machines that require toner.
- Makes sure the mail is picked up daily and goes out daily.
- Screening calls for employees- taking messages for print shop and warehouse workers unless it is an emergency.
- Mails out invoices on a daily basis along with statements.
- Assist accounts payable with entering domestic invoices and monitoring price changes. Also, assist with data entry for international payments.
- Will also be assisting HR when needed
